Crumbl is a cookie business known for its gigantic cookies with unique flavors and themes. Each week the menu is different, providing more room for flavor, creativity and delicious gooey happiness. The primary goal of this campaign is to peak interest in a specific week’s cookie lineup and create more traffic on Crumbl’s Instagram. Each week, Crumbl caters their marketing, especially on social media, to advertise the cookies that are on that week’s menu. They love using close up shots of the cookies to highlight the textures and the beauty in each cookie’s decorations. For the Instagram graphic with a collection of different cookies on a pink background I individually shot each cookie, edited them in photoshop to clear any blemishes and fix frosting that was deformed, and then combined the cut out cookies into one image.
Crumbl posts a weekly “hype” video that shows off that week’s cookie lineup. For this project, i did my own take on their hype video. The cookies are filmed using exciting and fast paced motions and interactions with objects that relate to the flavor. For example, the red velvet white chocolate chip cookie is surrounded with white chocolate chips. All content was filmed in the lighting studio and was shot and edited by me.
